The ganache of this praline is made with cocoa beans from Granada.

With a 75% pure cocoa content, this very bitter chocolate is one of Herman Van Dender signatures. It is coated with a dark chocolate from Brazil.

Ingredients and allergens: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soya lecithin, cream, sorbitol, dextrose, glucose, trimoline, concentrated butter, natural vanilla flavour.

Storage It is recommended not to put the chocolates in the fridge. The ideal is to keep them between 15 and 18 degrees in a dry place.
Did you know? The chocolate becomes white when it undergoes a strong temperature variation (more than 7 degrees). Nevertheless, this does not alter the taste.
