The chocolate factory is born in 2005. From a passion, François Deremiens made it his job.

The product being the main concern, he seeks to create with artisanal manners, tastes out of the track while highlighting as possible, products from Gaume and Ardenne.

The chocolate box contains:

	Hemp Almond-hazelnut praliné and roasted hemp seeds
	Orval Soft caramel deglazed with Orval beer brewed just a few kilometers from the chocolate factory
	Pecan Praliné made from pecan nuts marinated in soya sauce

Ingredients and allergens:

Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, milk powder, soy lecithin, soy sauce, pecan, almonds, hemp, vanilla, orval beer, cream, glucose, butter.
May contain peanuts, nuts, eggs, gluten and sesame.

Storage	It is recommended not to put the chocolates in the fridge. The ideal is to keep them between 15 and 18 degrees in a dry place.
Did you know?	The chocolate becomes white when it undergoes a strong temperature variation (more than 7 degrees). Nevertheless, this does not alter the taste.
