For this praline, David Maenhout selected the best Italian hazelnuts from Piedmont.
He turned them into an exquisite praliné, to which he added a bitter dark chocolate coating in order to achieve a perfect balance of flavours.
Ingredients and allergens: Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, hazelnuts, almonds, sugar, soya lecithin, vanilla.
