Thibaut Legast (gold medal at L'International Chocolate Awards 2019), David Van Acker (best chocolatier 2019 from Flanders) and David Maenhout (best Belgian chocolatier 2013) are part of the new generation of Belgian chocolatiers. Real goldsmiths of the chocolate industry, they seek the right taste, the perfect balance between chocolate and an ingredient, often unexpected, such as lemon thyme or Iranian pistachio. Purists and modern, they are part of the Bean-to-bar movement, in search of the most fragrant cocoas.

Let yourself be seduced by the surprising black caramel that easily evokes a chocolate fondant, the incredibly tasty sesame praline or the crunchy flaky praliné that melts on the palate. How to resist that?
