A black caramel is a caramelized ganache with a particularly soft and melting texture. This praline, very intense and greedy, is easily reminiscent of a mellow chocolate.
Thibaut Legast uses Nicaragua chocolate for its woody note.
Ingredients and allergens: Cocoa mass, cocoa butter, sugar, liquid cream, butter, natural vanilla, organic sunflower lecithin.
|Storage||It is recommended not to put the chocolates in the fridge. The ideal is to keep them between 15 and 18 degrees in a dry place.|
