An exceptional chocolate: to create the dark chocolate heart, we used 56% Ecuadorian chocolate roasted by Herman Van Dender, master cocoa bean roaster. This wonderfully smooth chocolate has an exceptional flavour, offering great roundness and subtle biscuit notes.
