An exceptional chocolate : to create this heart, we used a 56% Ecuador chocolate, roasted by Herman Van Dender, master cocoa bean roaster. This very smooth chocolate, with an exceptional taste, offers a beautiful roundness and reveals delicate biscuit notes.
