Apart from their fascination for chocolate, Mélanie Lemmens (Carré Noir), Pieter Vaes (The Cacao Project) and Ariqua Denis share the same passion: the search for innovative flavours. These craftsmen, who master the alchemy of the cocoa bean, are honoured to marry the bean with many unexpected ingredients, such as Earl Grey tea, lemon myrtle or Sichuan pepper.

The pralines proposed in this box are the result of a long elaboration of original and complex recipes and the search for a perfect balance between chocolate and spices that the chocolate maker has carefully selected for your pleasure.

Only patience and perseverance allow the creation of these sublime pralines ... All the Art of chocolate!
