This praline, made from homemade speculoos, was created on the occasion of the inauguration of the cocoa bean shaped fountain at Place Simonis.
Ingredients and allergens: Hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, wheat flour, butter, starch syrup, cocoa nibs, egg yolk, egg white, raising agent (raising agents: E450, E500, modified wheat starch), honey, salt, spices, wheat fibre, acid: E330, preservative: E202, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, flour treatment agents: E1100 E300
|Storage||It is recommended not to put the chocolates in the fridge. The ideal is to keep them between 15 and 18 degrees in a dry place.|
|Did you know?||The chocolate becomes white when it undergoes a strong temperature variation (more than 7 degrees). Nevertheless, this does not alter the taste.|
