An exceptional chocolate : to create the heart, we used a 56% Ecuadorian chocolate, roasted by Herman Van Dender, master cocoa bean roaster. This very smooth chocolate with an exceptional taste offers a beautiful roundness and reveals delicately biscuit-like notes.
